Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are factory.

Q: What's your lead time of bulk production?

A: Our delivery time is 30-40 working days not including the Chinese holidays after deposit confirmed. Sometimes it depends on the product quantity.

Q: What's your payment terms?

A: We recommend T/T 50% deposit and balance would be done before shipment, and we keep other payment way negotiable when we have long-term business relationship.

Q: What's your shipping terms? And how to ship the goods?

A: Shipping terms like EXW /FOB /CIF /DDU etc. all we can accept. And the goods would be shipped with your own forwarders or we can help to ship.

Q: Could you provide the free samples, and more stock?

A: 1-2 samples of each item are free of charge for your testing, and for the stock it depends.

Q: Could you provide the service of products’ designing?

A: Yes we have our own designing team who can provide designing schemes for options.
